New-Build Housing Development

The Brief

A new-build housing development needed consistent, high-quality roofing across many plots, combining pitched tiled roofs with flat-roof areas. The developer wanted the same standard applied throughout, so every home was finished to the same specification rather than varying from plot to plot.

What We Did

Our work included:

• Installed the tiled pitched roofs to specification: We fitted the pitched tiled roofs across the development using the appropriate membrane, battens and detailing, so each roof was laid to the same sound, well-ventilated standard.
• Installed GRP and single-ply flat roofing: The flat-roof areas were completed in GRP and single-ply systems, detailed properly at the edges and upstands so water runs away cleanly and the roofs stay dry for the long term.
• Worked to a consistent standard across the development: We applied the same specification and the same level of care to every plot, so the whole development reads as one cohesive, high-quality finish.

The Result

A large development finished to a consistent, high standard, with tiled pitched roofs and GRP and single-ply flat roofing brought together across the whole site. A project of this size shows the team can deliver at scale without dropping the standard from one plot to the next.
