We collect information you provide when you contact us, whether through our website enquiry form, the chat on this website, by phone, by email or by WhatsApp. This may include your name, email address, phone number, postal or property address, and details about your property and the roofing work you need.
Where you choose to send them, we also collect photographs of your roof or property that you supply to help us understand the work, prepare a quotation or carry out the job.
We also collect basic analytics data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location) through standard web server logs to help us understand how our website is used.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Respond to your enquiries and provide quotes
- Assess, plan and carry out roofing work, including reviewing any photographs you send us
- Arrange and confirm appointments
- Provide after-completion support and honour our workmanship guarantee

- Enquiry form and chat: provided through our customer management platform (LeadConnector / GoHighLevel), which stores the details you submit so we can respond to and manage your enquiry.
- Google Maps: the map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps.
- Customer reviews: our Google reviews are shown on the site using our reviews provider's card format, and the review cards load small provider icons (such as the Google logo) from a third-party host.
We may also share relevant details with subcontractors we engage to help complete your work, for example a specialist solar contractor on an integrated solar project, strictly so the work can be carried out. We may disclose information where we are required to do so by law. We do not sell your information.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
Where an enquiry does not proceed, we keep the enquiry record for up to 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep records relating to the work, which may include project notes and photographs of the completed job, for the length of our workmanship guarantee, which is 15 years on qualifying new roofs and roof replacements, plus a reasonable period afterwards. This lets us honour the guarantee and meet our legal, insurance and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time where there is no ongoing business, guarantee or legal reason to retain it.
7. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You also have the right to object to processing or request that processing be restricted, and the right to data portability.
